We take pride and care in producing and packaging our products, but we cannot control the carrier service. Any delivery issue will need to be brought up with the carrier service. We are not responsible for address errors entered by the customer.

We will make a reasonable effort to make things right. Some items may be substituted without notice, due to seasonal items or out of stock. We will only substitute with the same quality of the item being substituted.
